Hi, I'm Ella

As a fitness professional for most of my life, I spent countless years chasing perfection—counting calories, obsessing over macros, and battling the constant pull of cravings. On the outside, I looked like I had it all together, but inside, I was exhausted and disconnected, battling with disordered eating. 

It wasn’t until I shifted my focus from willpower to self-compassion that everything changed. I realized that true health isn’t about restriction or punishment; it’s about aligning your choices with your deeper values, loving yourself enough to prioritize your well-being, and embracing the process of transformation. 

In addition to many years as a personal trainer, I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work, and certifications as an eating disorder recovery coach and a yoga instructor. Combined with my own journey through years of disordered eating, I’ve put my heart and soul into creating powerful tools and strategies for the hundreds of clients I've coached, and they work! Not just for the short term, but for life.

I’ve seen firsthand how liberating it is to break free from the grip of cravings, emotional eating, and the endless search for the “perfect” diet. 1: I’m worried I won’t have enough time to commit. How much time will I need to set aside each week?

The Food Freedom Blueprint is designed to fit into your life, not take it over. You’ll only need about 4-5 hours a week. Many of the practices that have to do with reprogramming the thought and behavior patterns keeping you stuck are seamlessly integrated into your daily routine. While attending the live group sessions is encouraged, it is not mandatory. You can watch the recordings as they fit into your schedule each week. 

Think of this as an investment in yourself that will save you a ton of time and energy in the long run. Just imagine all the time and energy you’ll free up when you’re no longer consumed by cravings and the constant battle in your brain about what, when, and how much you’re going to eat. Breaking free from the endless cycle of dieting and food struggles is a game-changer of every level!

2: How long will it take to get results?
